Note our gallery is closed Christmas Day and has limited hours of 1 to 5 pm on Remembrance Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day

Orders:

Payment can be made by e-transfers, bank transfers, credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card), cheques (in Canadian funds), bank draft or money order (in Canadian funds). Cash and debit are also accepted in the gallery. Shipping charges apply. GST charges apply for orders within Canada.

Payment can be arranged by phone. Do not send credit card information directly via e-mail as this address does not provide secure ordering.

Leasing Artwork through

  • Art financing is an option through ArtLease Canada, lease to purchase financing lets you acquire a painting or other artwork now, paying for it over time. At the end of the lease you own the work. Furthermore for businesses, Revenue Canada’s regulations make leasing an attractive alternative, as with any other lease, the leasing costs, as valid business expenses, are deductable.     Lay Away Plans:

    We offer lay away plans tailored to your requirements. The artwork remains with the gallery until the completion of the plan.

    Gift Registry:

    Fine art is the perfect long lasting memory for special occasions. We offer registry service for: wedding gifts, birthday gifts, anniversary gifts… including Gift Certificates.

    Consulting:

    A collection is something that accumulates over time and we wish to establish a long term relationship with you. Thus, we provide you with an experience that is both enjoyable and educational.

    We also offer art consultation, placement, hanging, cataloguing, and appraisal services specific to your needs.

    Artist Submissions


    The Willock and Sax Gallery accepts submissions from Canadian Artists only. Portfolios from artists who are not represented locally will be considered. Exhibition proposals are not accepted. Submissions involving historical works can contact us directly via phone or email. We are interested in contemporary media including painting, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, and drawing.


    We review submissions to the gallery on a periodic basis. We will contact the artist if the gallery wishes to see further material.

    The following should be included in Artist's submissions:

    20 images of recent, finished work (low resolution jpgs)
    Curriculum Vitae (education and exhibition history)
    Artist statement (why you do what you do)
