Kellypalik Qimirpik was born on Dec 16, 1948. He currently
resides in Cape Dorset, but also lived in Markham Bay. Kellypalik
Qimirpik is a sculptor and printmaker.
Awards & Honours
Kellypalik Qimirpik attended a three week sculpture workshop in May,
1993 at The Carving Studio in West Rutland, Vermont, sponsored by the
Inuit Art Foundation. While there, Kellypalik also gave instruction at a
soapstone carving workshop.
