It is situated along Bear Street, north from the Whyte Museum of the
Canadian Rockies and south of the Movie Theatres, between the Bison
Bistro and Canadian Mountain Holidays. Our front windows look over Rundle Mountain
from Bear Street.
Banff National Park is located in the Canadian Rockies, west of
Calgary, Alberta.
The best way to find us in Banff, particularly with all the
construction:
Take Mount Norquay Road south off the Trans Canada
Highway (west entrance), cross the railway tracks, go past the hospital
on your right, to the first set of lights (there are two gas stations at
the corner - Petro-Can and Shell). Turn left at the lights, go
past the Movie Theatres, turn right onto Bear Street. We are just
over halfway down the block on your right hand side.
Alternatively:
If
you are coming from the East entrance (Lake Minnewanka Drive) or from
the campgrounds, you will immediately be on Banff Avenue, turn right at
Elk Street (Safeway) and then left on Marten, which brings you to Wolf
Street at the Theatres, turn left then right onto Bear Street. We
are on your right, about half-way down the street.
